We actively engage with management post-investment to help maximize value creation.  Key elements of our involvement include:

Enhance Management Practices
We assign a committed TCP deal team to each portfolio company.  That team works with management, as needed, to enhance financial reporting, strategic planning and risk management practices and to design a 100-day operating plan and appropriate incentive structures for senior management and other key employees.

Support Corporate Development
We work with management and other shareholders to evaluate add-on acquisitions, debt /equity financings and possible exit strategies.  Our portfolio companies benefit from our strong relationships with corporate entities operating in our targeted industries and with key players in the capital markets.

Senior Advisor Network
Our Global Advisory Board, Europe Advisory Council and Operating Partners help source and evaluate new investment opportunities and act as an additional resource for our portfolio companies.  We frequently enlist our Senior Advisors to assist management teams, as needed, and/or serve on portfolio company boards.
